COVID-19 Safety, Mask, and Vaccination Protocols.

We are all committed to keeping our space as safe as possible to care for our community. And, we have faith that each community member will choose what is best to care for the health and safety of one another.

We understand that no decision is perfect, especially as we meet the changing conditions related to COVID and society. We are continually taking into account the science and trajectory of the virus, the expressed needs of our community, and our shared world. This policy is ongoing and is continuously being revisited.

Anyone uncomfortable with our in-person COVID-19 guidelines can still participate in RIM's supportive online sessions. We have made great efforts to create opportunities for deep learning, practice, and community support in our hybrid model.

In-Person Guidlines:

Vaccinations:
We recommend that community members be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 while attending in-person sessions at RIM. That said, we will not require proof of vaccinations.

Masks:
If you are fully vaccinated and boosted, healthy, have low health risks, have not been knowingly exposed to someone who is sick; masks are optional. Otherwise, we recommend that you wear a mask while attending in-person gatherings.

Cleaning, food, beverage, and Hygiene Practices:
RIM volunteers will clean high-touch surfaces to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. We ask that everyone wash their hands and bring their drinking receptacle. Sealed tea packages and hot water will be available.

As always, please stay home and participate through Zoom if you are feeling sick and follow best practices if you have been exposed to someone who is sick.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and support.

We are profoundly grateful to everyone in our beautiful little community. Each of us has given one another so much during these times. We look forward to growing together as we continue to make RIM a true refuge for learning, practice, and friendship.

May we all be safe, supported, well, at peace, and truly happy.
