Foundations of Mindfulness lessons will be released on a regular basis to support your learning and practice. Please log in to your Home Practice Support periodically throughout the week to check for new lessons.
Please, take your time with the lessons. The teachings and practices are meant to be developed within and throughout your life.
Each lesson builds upon the last. Do the best you can to contemplate and practice the material. If you have any questions or anything that you would like to share, feel free to use the form at the bottom of each page. Your teacher will make time each week to discuss the lessons.
