"Mind" (Citta): Mind refers to the cognitive and emotional aspects of human experience. In Buddhism, it is understood that the mind shapes our experience of the world and that it can be trained through spiritual practices such as mindfulness and meditation to reduce suffering and increase inner peace and happiness.
