Definition :

"Tsewa" a Tibetan word, refers to the state of mind characterized by a deep sense of compassion, love, and empathy towards all living beings. It is considered an essential quality to cultivate in order to progress on the path of enlightenment. Tsewa is believed to be the natural outcome of meditating on compassion and developing a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all things. It is believed that by cultivating Tsewa, one can develop a more compassionate and caring approach to life, and reduce suffering in the world. Tsewa, can be contemplated as a combination of Compassion (karuna) and loving-kindness is (metta).
