"Right Effort" (Samma Vayama): Right effort refers to the principle of making a sincere and sustained effort to improve oneself. In Buddhism, it is one of the Eightfold Path and encompasses the principles of cultivating positive mental states and letting go of negative ones. Cultivating right effort can help to reduce suffering and increase inner peace and well-being.
