About "Good Morning" Meditations
Cultivating stability and awareness through daily meditation practice is a kind and generous act. When we practice together, we support each other and develop a greater sense of well-being.
Good Morning meditations are held every weekday, Monday-Friday 6:30 am-7:00 am.
Each session will be guided by an experienced community member, sharing traditional instructions to help settle your body and mind, open your heart, and become more present in life.
These sessions open 5 min early to establish our space together and will be held in Noble Silence.
All are welcome; please come as you are.
