Guided Meditation Practice
Each Tuesday evening you are welcome to join us for a guided meditation. These sessions are facilitated by a rotating team of RIM Community Teachers.

About this offering
These half-hour meditation sessions are guided with the intentions to explore a different aspect of mindfulness meditation each week. Dialogue is minimal in order to create calm and supportive space for formal practice.
A Typical Session Flow
Pre-Session (please arrive at least 5 minutes early)
Join the meeting anytime within the 15 minutes before it starts. This will allow you an opportunity to be with community, familiarize yourself with this virtual space, and get technical support from a RIM host.
Guided Meditation (30 minutes)
An exploration into the session’s weekly topic — related to meditation practice and mindful living. (Everyone’s microphones will still be muted).
