OVERVIEW

Learn how to establish a meaningful meditation practice based on traditional instructions and techniques.

This class teaches you how to overcome common obstacles and develop the skills needed to strengthen your mind, bring peace to your heart, and establish greater mindfulness.

Meditation is a powerful practice that allows you to grow your wisdom, cultivate greater compassion, and live with more freedom and happiness.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This introductory class is recommended for anyone new to meditation or would like to reestablish their practice. 

Although not required, this class complements all other programs offered at RIM.
