ABOUT MINDFULNESS IN DAILY LIFE
Each day, we wander off into various states of mind, neither aware of how we got there, nor conscious of the impact these side trips have on our daily well-being. In this series, together we will explore:
- Various ways our thoughts shape our perspective
- How our habits of thought contribute to stress in our daily existence
- The practice of mindfulness in a way that is topical and relevant
- Practical ways to apply new skills in every situation
