Day of Mindfulness With Optional Extended Weekend Practice.

Are you looking for an extended opportunity to deepen your Mindfulness and Meditation practice?

We invite you to participate in a one or two day retreat where you can quiet your mind, open your heart, foster greater clarity, and open to new possibilities. 

Your practice will be supported with guided and silent meditations, walking meditation, time to explore the beautiful landscape of Cedar Valley, and free time to pay kind attention to the inner workings of your heart and mind. You will enjoy simple and delicious vegetarian meals and the support of community practice.

The Overnight Retreat extends the Saturday Day of Mindfulness. Overnight attendees will continue with an evening of meditation and instruction held mostly in silence to support self-discovery, healing, renewal, and learning. Dinner is included.

Retreat Structure

Both the Day of Mindfulness and Overnight retreat are appropriate for those who are new to meditation and for those who already have an established practice.
