About Heartfulness Practice Drop-Ins
Loving-kindness and compassion are reflections of an open heart and a healthy mind. Research shows that these two qualities are strong determinants of happiness, peace, resilience, self-esteem, meaningful connection to life, and physical health.
These Weekly Drop-ins provide an opportunity to learn and practice traditional approaches for cultivating and integrating more loving-kindness, compassion, warmth, and balance in everyday life.
Drop-ins are open to everyone regardless of meditation experience.
