This 4-Week course teaches you how to establish a skillful meditation practice, emphasizing resilience building. Each week provides you with systematic learning experiences that include lessons, practice guidance, and home contemplation to support your learning and practice.  

This course is appropriate for anyone who would like to learn how to meditate and live with increased resiliency through life.
