About Mindful Yoga - Candlelight Restorative

OVERVIEW:

Mindful Candlelight Restorative Yoga will provide you with an opportunity to practice slow-paced meditative yoga postures to calm the mind and body as you turn inward, and focus on the breath.

Take time to let go of your week and nurture yourself with this very gentle Mindful Yoga class. Make use of props to support yourself in restorative stretches using little/no muscular contraction. Plan to relax into each pose for several minutes. All levels welcome.
