ABOUT MINDFUL YOGA

OVERVIEW:

Permit yourself to connect to the wisdom your body, heart, and mind. This Four-class yoga series allows you to quiet your mind, observe your body, transform self-judgment, and increase well-being. This class harmonizes breath with movement, fluidity with alignment, and energy with calm. Use this dynamic practice to strengthen and restore both mind and body. 

WHAT WILL BE LEARNED: 

Moving intentionally with breath gives you an opportunity to listen to your needs and cultivate moments of peace, calm, healing, and a compassionate self-awareness. You may find that our practice flows off of our mats, into your daily life. 

Mindful Yoga helps you become kinder to yourself, reduce stress, strengthen and rejuvenate your body, and support peace of mind.
