About Mindful Yoga - Flow
Mindful Yoga - Flow will provide you with an opportunity to practice a smooth meditative flow of yoga postures for deepening awareness of body, heart, and mind.
In 'Mindful Yoga: Flow', we will work to gently open and softly strengthen the body. Inviting connection to our playful spirit, we will flow through a dynamic practice of sun salutations, standing poses, inversions, arm balances and gentle backbends.
This class harmonizes breath with movement, fluidity with alignment, and energy with calm. Use this dynamic practice to strengthen and restore both mind and body.
