About Mindful Yoga: Teen
Participate in a Mindful Yoga: Teen series that improves wellness and brings peace and balance to your mind and body.
Mindful Yoga: Teen includes instruction on yoga postures and breathing techniques to support yoga practice and Mindfulness guidance to cultivate calm and focus during test-taking, sports, and other performance activities.
This course integrates mindfulness and yoga to reduce stress, strengthen and rejuvenate the body, and support peace of mind.
No experience necessary. All mature teens with an interest in practicing Mindful Yoga are invited to attend.
