This course focuses directly on reducing stress, anxiety, and depression by establishing a skillful meditation practice, understanding the mind from the perspectives of tradition and science, and realizing the benefits of mindfulness in daily life.

You will learn the skills of mindfulness through clear, step-by-step lessons that unfold over four weeks. Guided meditations and home lessons will support your class learning and practice.
