Mindfulness Drop-Ins ~ Saturday Mornings

Practice groups are a cornerstone of learning and practice at RIM, providing ongoing support for people to live with greater wisdom, compassion, and well-being.

Weekly drop-in groups bring both beginners and experienced practitioners together to learn and grow as a supportive community.

During each session, we develop the art of meditation, learn teachings based on tradition and science, and explore how to integrate the benefits of mindfulness into our everyday lives.

Everyone is welcome. Weekly Practice Groups compliment all other programs at Rooted In Mindfulness.
