Restorative Yoga

Take time to nurture yourself with this very gentle Mindful Yoga class.

This yoga class offers gentle, healing yoga postures to deepen a powerful inner awareness of body, heart, and mind.

Make use of props to support yourself in restorative stretches using little/no muscular contraction. Plan to relax into each pose for several minutes.

This class is appropriate for everyone, regardless of yoga experience.
