Traditionally, silent meditation retreats have supported the cultivation of wisdom, compassion, and liberation for over 2500 years. We invite you to experience the benefits of this tradition within modern life.

Take four days and three nights to step away from the momentum of your daily life. Extended periods of intentional practice allow us to discover greater peace, well-being, awakening, transformation, and freedom that's otherwise difficult to experience in daily life.

During this retreat, you can rest in your practice knowing that all of your basic needs will be cared for, providing a profound opportunity for deep personal self-care, reflection, mindfulness, and meditation practice.

This retreat is held in noble silence, where we all support one another by keeping a supportive and meditative container for one another. Sometimes we will be meditating together, and other times, we will have personal time for contemplation in the Monastery and nature.

RIM's guiding teacher, Jesse Foy, will give careful guidance, and traditional teachings throughout each day, with optional time for questions and discussion.

This retreat will benefit both new and more experienced students of meditation. Everyone is welcome; please come, just as you are.
