About This Retreat:
A Day of Mindfulness retreat provides an opportunity to step away from the busyness and distractions of daily life, and to dedicate a day to cultivating mindfulness and presence. This retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners of mindfulness.
The day will begin with a guided meditation, allowing you to settle into the present moment and embrace the intentions for the day. This will be followed by a series of meditation and mindfulness practices, including sitting and walking meditations, as well as mindful eating. Alongside these structured practices, there will be time for personal reflection and self-care.
At the end of the day, a closing circle will offer a space to reflect on your experiences and share any insights gained during the retreat.
