About this Workshop

We all want to be happy and live in ways that nurture the best in ourselves and others. Sometimes, life stress, anxiety, unhappiness, dissatisfaction, and ill-being can feel like powerful barriers that prevent us from realizing our full potential.

Meditation and mindfulness are popular, empirically proven, and profoundly life-enhancing practices. Yet, getting started and integrating meditation and mindfulness into everyday life can be challenging.

This deeply supportive workshop teaches you how to develop a skillful meditation practice that helps you live with greater peace, connection, well-being, and happiness.

This workshop is simple, safe, and supportive. The day will unfold through a combination of teaching, guided sitting and walking meditations, contemplation, and quiet time in nature.
