Enjoy an evening of friendship, soft music, refreshment, and facilitated conversation. This “Mindful Happy Hour” is a social activity open for anyone interested in discovering how the Paramis can be cultivated and manifested in our lives.
The Paramis, also called the 10 Perfections, represent ten wholesome qualities that lead toward the liberation of heart and mind. Traditional teachings encourage us to practice these perfections in everyday life.
