Weekly Community Support


Heartfulness practice groups focus on cultivating loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity.

Traditionally, these four qualities are referred to as "The Four Immeasurables," because they are immeasurably beneficial to the welfare of oneself and the world.

Modern science recognizes how mature heartfulness both promotes and reflects mental health and emotional well-being.  

Heartfulness Drop-Ins provide ongoing support for the cultivation of heartfulness through meditation practices, traditional teachings, and community support.

Everyone is welcome. Weekly Practice Groups compliment all other programs at Rooted In Mindfulness.
