Overview:

This introductory workshop offers the first steps essential to establishing a skillful meditation practice and living a more mindful life.

We all want to live with greater awareness, understanding, peace, happiness, fulfillment, and well-being. Sometimes, life stress, anxiety, depression, discontentment, and ill-being can feel like powerful barriers preventing us from living a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.

This workshop guides you through the first steps essential to establishing a skillful meditation practice and living a more mindful life.

You will learn:

  • What meditation and mindfulness are.
  • How to practice meditation with confidence and skill.
  • How mindfulness can help you transform ill-being and cultivate genuine happiness and well-being in daily life.

This class is appropriate for beginners and reminds seasoned practitioners of the foundations of meditation and mindfulness practice.
