About this Workshop

We all want to be happy and live in ways that nurture the best in ourselves and others. Sometimes, life stress, anxiety, unhappiness, dissatisfaction, and other manifestations of ill-being can feel like powerful barriers that prevent us from realizing our full potential.

Meditation and mindful living are well-known, empirically proven practices that are profoundly life-enhancing. Yet, getting started and integrating meditation and mindfulness into everyday life can be challenging to learn and implement without direction and support.

This supportive workshop prepares you to develop a skillful meditation practice that helps you live with greater peace, connection, well-being, self-awareness, and genuine happiness.

This workshop introduces and guides you through traditional practices and teachings reinforced by modern science and therapies. You will learn through relatable lessons, guided meditations, and personal contemplations.

Anyone interested in establishing or deepening their meditation and mindful living practice is encouraged to participate in this in-depth, safe, supportive workshop.
