Words matter. They can bring harm, or they can soothe and heal. Can we speak our mind clearly and kindly, without getting defensive or going into attack or blame modes?
This community group meets monthly to explore core elements of Mindful Communication: presence, intention, habits & reactivity, listening & observation, wise speech components, feelings, wise effort, needs, empathy and requests.
We will use meditation, teaching points, reflection, and discussion to deepen our practice of Mindful Communication. Everyone is welcome to participate. Please join facilitators Lauri Flick-Harty and Mark Overs.
