The quality of your life depends mostly on the quality of your mind. When your mind is wholesome, it promotes wellbeing in yourself and others — benefiting everyone.

You can reduce the unwholesome views, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that prevent you from seeing your inner and outer world with clarity, wisdom, and compassion. You can overcome avoidable suffering and awaken to a happier and healthier life.

This course teaches you how to apply the teachings of Buddhist psychology, mindfulness-based therapies, and modern neuroscience to your meditation practice and everyday life.

The Psychology of Awakening course is Part Three of the Mindful Living Program (Foundations of Mindfulness and the Path of Mindful Living). Prior attendance at Mindful Living Part One and Part Two is recommended, but not required.
