The response for this retreat was enthusiastic. After making a couple of announcements during drop-in sessions, all overnight accommodations at the Monastery filled up immediately.

Weekly "Practicing Together" sessions invite both beginners and experienced practitioners to learn and grow as a supportive community.

During each session, we develop the art of meditation, learn teachings based on tradition and science, and explore how to integrate the benefits of mindfulness into our everyday lives.
