Mindful Living

Take part in a course that offers an in-depth introduction to the 8-Fold Path, which is at the heart of all traditional teachings and practices. These teachings are as relevant today as they were 2,500 years ago.

This 4-week course teaches you how to integrate the 8-Fold Path into your everyday life so that you can live with more presence, wisdom, and compassion.

These teachings are profound and can empower you to actualize your innate potential for genuine well-being, happiness, and freedom.

Through a combination of weekly class meetings and home practices, you will learn how these 8 Path Factors mutually work together to empower you.

Understand your heart-mind better, cultivate the best in yourself, and become more liberated from destructive thoughts, emotions, and actions.

This course is open to everyone. We do recommend that you supplement this course with the Foundations of Mindfulness (offered multiple times per year), but it is not a prerequisite.
