A 4-week course

The Path of
Mindful Living

Life is a wondrous journey, filled with ups and downs, joys and sorrows, times of connection and loss, health and illness, and so much more.

Mindful Living helps us be present to it all — with balance, resilience, purpose, and wellbeing. What's more, this not only benefits ourselves; it also benefits those we care about, and beyond.

This "Way of Mindful Living" course is grounded in the traditional teachings and practices that are known as the Noble Eightfold Path. It provides a practical, step-by-step path to travel if we want to become more awake to our life and realize greater peace and happiness.

The path consists of eight disciplines, categorized into three distinct parts:

The Way of Wisdom
  • Right View
  • Right Intention
The Way of Virtue
  • Right Speech
  • Right Action
  • Right Lifesyle/Livelihood
The Way of Self-Cultivation
  • Right Effort
  • Right Mindfulness
  • Right Concentration

These teachings are holistic and interrelated, each complementing and mutually supporting one another. Together we will delve into these teachings, which have the potential to change your life in profoundly beneficial ways.

This course is presented in a non-dogmatic way and accessible to everyone, regardless of background. If you would like to live with greater peace, wellbeing, compassion, and wisdom, this class is for you.
