This 6-class course provides a practical and in-depth introduction into the 4-Noble Truths and The 8-Fold Path, which are at the heart of a wise and compassionate life.
Together, we will explore why and how to grow our wisdom, live in ways that reduce harm, promote well-being, strengthen our meditation practice, and live mindfully.
This course and all other RIM programs are appropriate for everyone, regardless of background. While rooted in traditional wisdom, RIM programs are presented in ways that are nonsectarian, universal, relevant, informed by modern science, and free of dogma.
