Six Contemplations Meditation

The journey of mindful living always begins right here, right now, with yourself just as you are. In this meditation, you will be guided through a series of six contemplations that invite you to turn toward yourself with wise and compassionate awareness. In order to awaken to and realize the best in us, we are required to take a deep and honest look at how we really are, what really matters, and what is really needed. With this understanding and care, we can engage life with greater meaning, purpose and skillfulness.

Please practice this meditation every day this week. Additionally, throughout your daily routine, invite pause, and reflect on these six contemplations.
