We invite you to take four days and three nights to step away from the momentum of your day-to-day life to experience a traditional retreat. Enjoy extended periods of purposeful practice intended to free yourself from harmful thoughts and emotions and realize greater peace, well-being, wisdom, and compassion that enriches your entire life.
You will be able to rest in your practice, knowing that the retreat container will care for your basic needs and provide you with the time and techniques for self-understanding, healing, and development.
Each retreat participant co-creates a safe and supportive meditative container. There is something profound and nourishing around retreating with others. The retreat is designed to hold a combination of group practice and personal contemplation practice, both indoors and in nature.
Following tradition, the retreat is held in noble silence, providing a deeply supportive space for reflection and insight. You and your fellow participants will also receive mindful practice guidance and traditional teachings that unfold throughout each day, with optional times for support and check-ins.
