Amy has enjoyed a dedicated mindfulness and meditation practice since 2008. She has deep faith in traditional Buddhist wisdom and appreciates how it benefits her everyday life in practical and fulfilling ways.
Rooted in mindfulness has been a constant support and inspiration for her continued growth and well-being. She is honored to be part of the supportive RIM community.
Amy uses her professional background in Education and Yoga to share mindfulness practices and emotional intelligence with students and teachers in local schools. She also teaches meditation to prison inmates in the Greater Milwaukee area. Her work in supporting others through mindfulness continually inspires her.
Amy is passionate about growing wisdom and compassion within herself, her communities, and beyond.
