Vicki was first introduced to RIM when she took Jesse’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class. She continued to attend drop-ins and then took his second MBSR class. Jesse’s teachings and the teachings of the other dharma teachers have helped Vicki develop a consistent meditation practice. The RIM Sangha members are friendly and welcoming, and it is a true refuge. Vicki enjoys the RIM retreats as a way to strengthen her practice. She loves being outdoors and enjoys the RIM KM Nature meditation group. Vicki is a monthly Saturday morning greeter and a member of the “flower brigade,” people who enjoy adding the beauty of flowers to the Meditation Room.
